Ontario Wellness Network Magazine Advertisement Submission

Thank you for purchasing advertising space in the Ontario Wellness Network Magazine.  We will use this worksheet to get your information and your content ready for publication.

Our deadlines are simple.  Any advertisement that is complete and submitted ready to be published on or before the 15th of the month will be published in the current month's edition.  Any advertisements that are not complete and ready to be published will be published in the next month's edition.

We reserve the right to publish your advertisement in a second edition if we believe it adds true value to our network.  There will be no additional charge for this.  We will notify you in advance should we choose to exercise this right.

What type of advertisement are you submitting?

Please note that we offer our front cover and special position packages on a first-come, first-served basis each month. 

If we cannot accommodate your preference, we will run a full page advertisement on your behalf every month until we can.  There will be no additional charge to you for the full page advertisements. We recommend that you submit your advertisement as early as possible to ensure that you get placed where you would like to be.

Do you have any special requests or additional information that we should know about before we publish your advertisement?

Note:  We do not provide a "proof" for our quarter or half page advertisers. We only provide proofs to our full page or special position advertisers.

We make every effort to accomodate our advertisers. Our guarantee is simple, we make every effort to faithfully reproduce your advertisement as you submitted. We also endeavor to review and catch any errors in the advertisements themselves. Ultimately, we are publishing content that you created. If we make any mistakes with your advertisement, we will run it again in a future edition at no charge.

Standard Advertisement Dimensions:

Full Page - 8.5 inches by 11 inches (Metric 216 mm x 280 mm)

Half Page - either vertical 4.25 inches by 11 inches (108 mm by 280 mm) or horizontal 8.5 inches by 5.5 inches (216 mm by 140 mm) 

Quarter Page - 4.25 inches 5.5 inches (108 mm by 140 mm)

We offer all of our paid advertisers a chance to submit a maximum 1,000 word article for publication in the same edition as their advertisement. Would you like to do so?

The free option is only for our paid advertisers who have purchased a full page advertisement.

Those who are submitting a free quarter page advertisement as a VIP Client of Books In Line are eligible for a discount on article submission.

Submitting an article is entirely optional. You are not required to submit an article.  We have found historically that articles tend to spread your message further than just an advertisement.
